Ritzville Blues Festival is seeking vendors!!!

 

We are excited to announce that the Ritzville Annual Blues Festival will be celebrating its 14th year.  We would like to invite you to participate in our Festival as a vendor.  If you have previously participated in our festival, we eagerly anticipate you joining us again this coming year.  If you have not before taken part in this exciting event, we hope that you will consider this a great opportunity to market your wares to an enthusiastic festival crowd.

  3. Send in your form and you will receive a confirmation letter from us.

 Applications are now being.  Spaces are limited and assigned on the date the application is received with full payment.  Contact Kellie at vendors@ritzvilleblues.com to check availability.  Vendors will be sent a confirmation letter soon after the receipt of the application and full payment.  It is the intent of the Ritzville Blues Festival to offer our vendors the exclusivity of the items they wish to sell.  All items you wish to sell must be pre-approved.

 

Rental Fees:

 

Single Booth 20x20ft:

Single Non-Electrical $225.00 Single Electrical $250.00 this includes two complementary wristbands for employees after that ½ price tickets limited to 2 employees.

 

Double Booth 20x40ft:

Double Non-Electrical $400.00 Double Electrical $450.00 this includes four complementary wristbands for employees after that ½ price tickets limited to 3 employees.

 

Payment Terms:

The Ritzville Blues Festival is no longer accepting personal checks.  Vendors are required to pay by money order or cashier check only.  Payment is expected in full by June 1st.  Mail all payments along with the application to:

Each vendor is required to bring their own tables, chairs, backboards, water source and 100 ft electrical cord (if you requested electrical).  You will not be given electricity unless your exact wattage needed is specified on your application form. 

 

Trash cans: will be provided for the general public.  If your booth requires a trash can you will need to provide your own.  You will be responsible for keeping trash picked up within 20ft of your booth area.  If you use cooking oil, you must remove it from the site following the festival.  NO ONSITE DISPOSAL!!!!

 

The Ritzville Blues Festival Committee wishes you a great success as a vendor during the festival.  We anticipate a good crowd.  We hope you will join us for another wonderful celebration of Blues Music.
